Welcome to Mobile Mart ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website (mobilemart.ae) and the purchase of smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming gear, and tech accessories across the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
2. Pricing, VAT & Payment Methods
All prices displayed on Mobile Mart are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the mandatory 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We accept:
- Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Digital Wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Buy Now, Pay Later installments provided by Tabby and Tamara (subject to provider credit approval).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible deliveries across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates.
We reserve the right to correct pricing typographical errors prior to shipping confirmation. If an error occurs, you will be offered the choice to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
3. Order Acceptance & Verification
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Mobile Mart reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit quantity for any reason, including fraud prevention, security verification, or inventory discrepancies. High-value transactions may require contact verification prior to courier dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are fulfilled through licensed UAE logistics carriers. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai and Sharjah for orders confirmed before 1:00 PM GST. Standard delivery across all seven Emirates takes between 24 and 48 hours. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery and signature acknowledgment.
5. Product Authenticity & Manufacturer Warranties
Mobile Mart guarantees that all consumer hardware sold is 100% genuine and sourced through authorized supply networks. Standard manufacturer warranties (e.g. 1-year or 2-year warranty from Apple, Samsung, Sony, HP, Dell) apply to hardware defects, serviceable directly at authorized UAE brand service centers or facilitated through Mobile Mart.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, logos, scripts, and software on this website are the property of Mobile Mart or licensed by third-party brand partners (such as Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics). Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
